Damien Hirst released the print editions Fruitful and Forever in September 2020. The initiative was organised in collaboration with Fondazione Prada in support of Save the Children.

Both Fruitful and Forever, feature bright, abstract details from Hirst’s new series of Cherry Blossom paintings. Depicting blossom trees in full bloom, the series is inspired by the work of Pierre Bonnard, Claude Monet, Vincent Van Gogh and the Pointillist innovations of Georges Seurat.

The new limited edition prints show close up details of the densely layered and colourful dabs of paint from sections of the large-scale canvases. Each image has been produced in two sizes. This print is the larger edition and measures 78 x 78 cm.

The number of editions produced were limited by the demand during a 12 day period (15th – 27th September 2020).
Each edition will have its own unique number and be digitally signed by the artist on a label behind the work.
